- Mesh Type: Select whether the effect should be applied to the existing object (if MystifyFX was added to an existing object or character) or create from scratch from different built-in geometrical shapes such as sphere, quad, cube, cylinder or hexasphere.
- Include: Define if the effect should be applied only to the parent object or include also children.
- Profile: Add an existing profile with preconfigured settings.
Rendering Options
- Cull Mode: Set the culling mode of the mesh to front, back, or nothing.
- Always On Top: If true, the effect will always render on top of other objects in the scene.
- Grab Pass: If true, the effect will render over the results from other previously rendered Mystify FX objects.
- Always On: If true, the effect will be visible even if the renderer is disabled.
- Mask texture: Can be used to control where the effects are applied. The alpha channel specifies the global effect intensity.
- Global Opacity: Define the overall opacity of the effect.
Object
- Scale: Control the scale of the effect based on the object’s transform information.
- UV Scale: Adjust the scale of the texture coordinates to resize the effect on the object.
- UV Offset: Modify the starting point of the texture coordinates to shift the effect’s position on the object.
- Use Stop Motion: If true, effects with animation speed will get a stop motion effect.
Background
- Zoom: Create a zoom effect of the background.
- Source Offset: Adjust the position from which the background zoom effect originates.
- Source Scale: Modify the intensity of the background zoom effect behind the object.
- Wrap Mode: Set wrapping mode to Clamp or Repeat.
2D Effects
- Blur Intensity: Define the intensity of the blur effect.
- Color Effect: Choose between LUT, Thermal and Directional Tint to apply a color mode to the effect or leave it to default Nothing.
- Brightness: Adjust brightness of the effect.
- Contrast: Adjust contrast of the effect
- Vibrance: Adjust saturation of the effect.
- Background Distortion: Enable background distortion effect and set amplitude, frequency, animation speed and falloff.
- Pixelate: Creates a pixelization effect.
- Rain: Creates a glass effect with tiny/big raindrops and wind effect.
- Scan Lines: Creates scan lines effect with color adjustment options, size, animation and ability to set world space rendering or not.
- Crystalize: Creates a crystallization effect on the object.
- Frost Intensity: creates a frost effect in the edges/corners of the object with multiple options to adjust appearance.
- Haze Intensity: Creates an animated haze where you can adjust scale, animation and color.
3D Effects
- Vertex Distortion: Define a distortion effect of the object’s edges.
- Intersection: When enabled, the effect lets you customize appearance of edges colliding with the environment.
- Rim: When enabled, the edges of the object with the effect applied colorize, with option to set custom texture to be rendered.
- Spectral Light: Define a custom light effect drawn from the object’s shape and create custom misty effect.
- Hexa Grid: Add an hexagonal grid drawn over the object’s shape.
- Hit Effect (Defaults): When enabled, sets the default appearance of the Hit Effect if not set via scripting.
