Last week, Kronnect attended U/Day Copenhagen: Industry, an exclusive event hosted at Unity's office in Copenhagen. As long-time publishers on the Unity Asset Store since 2015, we found the gathering inspiring, with Unity's creators sharing the engine's future direction firsthand.
The event featured insightful presentations and real-world use cases from construction, design, and automation companies including Palfinger, Wren Kitchens, and B&R Automation. Sessions covered graphics, AI, DOTS, and core systems, demonstrating how companies across industries use Unity to solve manufacturing, design, and automation challenges.
Beyond formal talks, we engaged in demos and open sessions with Unity's technical teams, exchanging ideas and networking with Nordic professionals. These experiences proved invaluable for staying aligned with Unity's development trajectory.
