In the second video of your unity asset store page there are examples at the beginning of this one in particular one called AtWar.
Is there a scene to reproduce the latter.

Could you please point to the specific moment in the video where the scene is shown?

Hi,

Do you refer to this one?

You could use the lines and markers API to:
- Add sprites on specific locations with AddMarker2DSprite(...). Run demo scene "001 Standalone", check the button "Add Marker (Sprite)" on the right side of screen.
- Draw lines or paths with AddLine(...). The same "001 Standalone" demo scene has sample code behind the button "Add Trajectories". Also check demo scene "504 PathAndLines".
- Draw circles with AddCircle(...). The "504 PathAndLines" demo scene has sample code for this. You can see a circle around the target position of the tank.

that's really rotten your thing; I would have thought (for the price) to be able to reproduce at least that (AtWar). Sorry but I can not. :-[

Well. I'm sorry to hear that. The asset is not a game template, if that what you're looking for. It's a kit which you can use to accelerate the development of world map based games, usually strategy games.
It provides you a world map ready to be used along many utilities and visualization options to create your game, but you have to develop your game.

Here're some resources that might help you:

Here're some games already published on Steam that use WMSK. Many others under development:
